Now in the latter days, after that tribulation,
The sun will be made dark; the heavens will be shaken.
Then he will come in power, the glorious Son of Man,
And gather his elect who took the gospel stand.
	
We all can read the times and know when things will take place.
We gather for the storm but take for granted his grace.
He'll tarry not too long, rousing with the thunder.
Awake and rise in him, kept in quiet wonder.

The silent siren stirs the faithful here this morning
To stay awake and heed the warrant of this warning:
No one can know the time and we don't know the hour;
But he will come at last—the Son of God in power.
